Richards Floral Design provides delivery services within a 10-mile radius of our shop location. We currently serve Wolverhampton, Bilston, Penn, Tettehall, Tettenhall Wood, Codsall, Wombourne, Sedgeley, Willenhall, Wednesfiled, Bushbury, Pendeford, Wigtwick, Compton, Wolverhampton Wanderers, Molineux, Wolves Training Ground, Goldthorn, Whitmarines, Parkfields, Coseley, Pattingham and nearby areas.
2. Do you offer Click and Collect services?
Yes, we do! Customers can conveniently order online through our website and opt to collect their floral arrangements from our shop during business hours.
3. How can I care for my flowers to ensure they last longer?
To extend the lifespan of your flowers, we recommend placing them in clean vases filled with fresh water. Trim the stems at an angle and change the water every few days and before initially putting them into the fresh vase of water. However, please note that we do not deliver to crematoriums as there may not always be a secure location to leave the flowers, and authorised personnel to accept deliveries are often unavailable.

Our Expectations
We expect all customers to provide correct information upon placing any order, if anything is incorrect we must be made aware straight away. Failing to do so may affect orders. We expect all customers to be respectful and polite to all staff members and store policies, FAQ’S as well as Terms and Conditions. In the unlikely event that a customer is unhappy with any of our services we expect to be made aware straight away and given a fair opportunity to work with the customer or recipient to resolve any issues.
Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy
How To Return An Item
Your item must be in its original condition to be returned, You must return the item within 24 hours of your purchase. We will be unable to refund or exchange any orders where there is damage caused by the recipient/customer. We will need to see the order before any refund is issued.
1. Please email info@richardsfloraldesign.co.uk or call us on 01902335443 to request a refund and we will assign a member of staff to your order.
2. We will need to know why you wish to exchange or return any orders.
3. If there are any problems with the quality of our orders we will need to see the orders before we are able to advise.
Wrapping of any designs, vases, containers or other gifts that are not fresh flowers or plants will have to sit 72 hours before it is returned due to Government guidelines.
Return Exceptions
Items can not be returned if they are not brought in store within 24 hours of you/the recipient receiving the order. These include cut flowers, plants, balloons, vases.
Orders that have been damaged by customers, recipients or third party delivery companies cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Orders that show clear signs of bad quality flowers, plants or foliage will need to be assessed by a Manager at Richards Floral Design before a refund can be issued. Their professional opinion, experience and decision is final. We will always aim to exchange any flower, foliage, plant, vase, balloon that has a clear quality issues which we are unable to control.
Exchanges
Orders that show clear signs of bad quality flowers, plants or foliage will need to be assessed by a Manager at Richards Floral Design before an exchange can be issued. Their professional opinion, experience and decision is final. We will always aim to exchange any flower, foliage, plant, vase, balloon that has a clear quality issues which we are unable to control. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay return shipping/delivery if this is required.
Restocking Fee
All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping that you paid on the order.
Shipping Policy
Delivery Protocol & Expectations
All deliveries are subject to delivery charges unless a valid discount code is used when ordering online. One delivery will be attempted, it is the customers responsibility to provide the correct information to avoid additional delivery attempts and charges.
If we are unable to fulfil a delivery we will notify the customer to request additional information. We do not guarantee any delivery times but require a two hour window for funeral orders, events and weddings. If recipients are not in we will leave the design in their porch or a safe place to avoid additional delivery charges. A photograph will be taken.
If we are unable to leave the designs in a safe place such as a porch we will leave a card for the recipient to collect from our store. If they are unable to collect they may wish to pay an additional delivery charge and their design will be delivered the next working day. Recipients or customers are required to collect the design within 48 hours of a failed delivery attempt, customers will be notified if we haven’t heard from a recipient so that they can arrange collection. New designs will NOT be made up if a recipient or customer fails to collect.
Turnaround
All orders are shipped to ensure that the requested delivery date is achieved within 48 hours Monday - Friday 8.30am - 7pm. All Local orders are hand delivered by a member of our Delivery Team at Richards Floral Design. Any deliveries required for UK National Delivery require a minimum of 72 hours before the desired delivery date we aim to have them delivered within three working days. We are unable to guarantee next day delivery on National Deliveries, national delivery is currently unavailable due to Covid 19.

Order Tracking
We can track local orders. For national orders if a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders not have tracking numbers.
Shipping Rates
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the product, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to. You must opt for the relevant method of delivery, if this is not selected you may be charged additional funds before your delivery will be sent out which we will contact you regarding. If Store collection has been opted but you have added recipient shipping details we will assume you will be collecting unless an additional delivery cost has been paid.
Substitutions
If an item is unavailable Richards Floral Design have the right to substitute any product that may be unavailable seasonally. We require at least 3 days notice to avoid substitutions. We always will try to avoid substitutions but this isn’t always possible, we work with fresh, naturally grown products, we will only send out an order that we feel the quality is as high as possible, if you do not wish us to substitute you have the option to abandon your cart before payment. Weddings and Events are also subject to substitutions.
Collections
All orders placed for collection will be made up for collection from our store. Customers will be required to confirm the collection name and order number.
We will assume customers have ordered correctly. If no delivery fee has been opted or no discount codes have been used to remove delivery fees we will still assume collection is required. Customers can however pay extra for delivery to be made by calling us to make payment and confirm details.
Online Customers will be notified when their collection is ready for collection via email or a call.
All collections must be collected during shop open hours.
Deposits
All deposits including Save The Date Deposits are Non Refundable. By paying any non refundable Deposit including Save The Date Deposits you are agreeing to our T&C’s and policies, you are also agreeing that we will be paid in full by the deadline that has been set, failing to do so will automatically cancel your order, event or wedding.
