Delivery of Your Flowers & Plants

At Richards Floral Design, we pride ourselves on creating and delivering each order with the utmost care and professionalism. Our team of dedicated drivers ensures your flowers and plants are hand-delivered in perfect condition. Every order is designed, made, and delivered by us, reflecting our commitment to quality and style.

Delivery Options:

When placing your order, you can select a preferred delivery window:

• Morning (AM): 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM

• Afternoon (PM): 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM

While we make every effort to meet your preferred time, we cannot guarantee specific delivery times due to varying schedules.

It may not be possible to achieve your requests of AM or PM due to high volumes of deliveries at peak times such as Mothers Day, Valentines Day and Christmas Eve but we will do our best.

Delivery Fee:

We offer Flat rate Delivery Fees to make it easier for you to choose, giving you flexibility and cost effective options for urgent delivery. The correct option for delivery must be added at checkout. Failing to do so may result in missed delivery for your occasion.

  • Free delivery is available on our “For You-FREE DELIVERY” range of products. These can be ordered online only for delivery within 3 working days.

  • Free Delivery is available when using a valid discount code at check out, follow us on social media to find these codes.

  • Next Day Delivery £5.99 (Excludes Bank Holidays and Sundays)

  • Same Day Delivery £10, must be ordered by 10am, florist choice designs only. (Excludes Bank Holidays and Sundays)

Flexible Delivery for “For You” Range:

• Your order will be delivered within three working days after purchase.

• Once delivered, we’ll email you to confirm your order has been delivered.

• Delivery is available Monday to Saturday, excluding bank holidays.

Note that Funeral deliveries are not available in the For You range just yet but we are working at adding this to our range.

What Happens if the Recipient Is Not Available?

If no one is available to receive the delivery, our driver will:

1. Leave your gift with a neighbour, or

2. Place it in a safe location (e.g., porch).

A note will be left to inform the recipient of the delivery attempt and where to collect their gift.

Delivery Area:

We personally hand-deliver to Wolverhampton and surrounding areas. If your delivery address falls outside of our standard area, please call us to discuss further options.
